Cowboy Caviar

#10 Cowboy Caviar

1 can black beans - drained
1 can blackeye peas - drained
1 can corn - drained
1 can diced tomatoes with garlic & onion - drained
1 large avocado - diced
1/2 red onion - chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro - chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
3/4 cup Italian dressing
Juice from 1/2 of a lime



Do the draining, chopping and dicing.  Then, combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.  Cover the bowl and place in the fridge until ready to serve.  Allow the flavors to blend for about 1 hour before serving with tortilla chips.
